“SAKET” is the name of the Abode of Lord Ram, and Ideal personalitity of the Ramayana. It is the place where peace, Knowledge and intelligence rests.
- The Saket College of Physical Education (SCOPE) is run by Shri Awdhoot Education Society, Gondia . This institution is working in the field of Physical Education, for the promotion of Indian gamens and physical cultures in this area. It is also mainly instrumental in introducing the Indian games in the University sports as well as state and national games.
- This College is affiliated to R.T.M Nagpur University, Nagpur in 1994 with the permission of the state Government of Maharshtra to conduct the courses in physical education. The College is recognized by NCTE, Bhopal. The College is co-educational and admits both men and women students all over the Maharshtra state and other part of country.
